Life Transitions, Handled with Care

A divorce. A loss. A growing family. A parent who needs a different plan. However your life is changing, your next move deserves someone steady beside you — with honest advice and a clear plan, not a rushed decision.

The Moments I Help With

Real estate rarely happens in isolation. It's usually tied to something bigger. Here's where I come in most:

Divorce or Separation
Selling a shared home is never just a transaction. I keep things moving, keep communication clear, and make sure the process doesn't add more stress to an already hard year.

New Beginnings
A remarriage, a new job, a growing family, a fresh chapter — buying your next home deserves the same care as any other transition, even the happy ones.

Downsizing or Rightsizing
Moving to less isn't a step backward — it's a plan. I'll help you figure out what "enough" actually looks like for this season of your life.

Loss
Selling a home after losing someone you love is one of the hardest things a family can do. I move at your pace, handle what I can take off your plate, and never rush a decision that isn't ready to be made.

Supporting Aging Parents
Whether you're helping a parent think ahead before a crisis forces the decision, or you're already in the middle of one, I bring both my SRES® training and my own experience walking my family through it — with patience, and without guilt or urgency.

Real Estate Expertise, Grounded in Real Life

I help individuals and families navigate real estate during life's biggest changes — not just buying or selling a home, but figuring out what comes next. Over the years that's meant sitting with someone starting over after a divorce, helping a family regroup after a loss, guiding a couple through a fresh start after marriage or relocation, and helping parents think ahead — sometimes years in advance, sometimes in the middle of a crisis — about what's next. Each situation is different, and each one deserves the same thing: thoughtful, steady guidance and someone who isn't in a hurry to close a deal.

As a licensed REALTOR® and Transition Specialist, I bring both training and lived experience to these conversations. My perspective is also personal — I watched my mother-in-law and sister-in-law build their real estate careers for years before I made the same move myself, and when my own mother was diagnosed with dementia and my father passed away, my family didn't have a plan in place. I know firsthand what it costs a family to run out of time to prepare. That's shaped how I show up for every client, whatever the transition is — with an added Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) credential for the families navigating aging and elder-care moves specifically.

Whether you're planning ahead or responding to a change you didn't expect, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence, care, and a clear plan.
